Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we offer a simple and straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Return Window
You can return items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Condition
All items must be returned in new, unworn condition and in their original, undamaged packaging.

International Returns
For orders outside the UK, customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.

Earrings
Returns are accepted for earrings provided they are unworn and in their original condition.

Non-Refundable Items
Engraved items are non-refundable.

Shipping charges, gift bags, and gift cards are non-refundable.

Free Gift with Purchase
If your order included a free gift, it must be returned with your order to qualify for a full refund. If the free gift is not returned, its value may be deducted from your refund.

UK Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges from UK addresses are free of charge.


Processing Your Return
We aim to process all returns within 14 working days of receipt at our studio. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.

Exchanges will be dispatched once your return has been processed.


Important Notes
We cannot refund original shipping costs and are not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit.
